Yes, if your school participates in our Student Self-Service program, you can login from your school’s Web site or student portal to obtain a list of your student loan holders and their contact information. You can also check the deferment forms and electronic notifications that have been sent to your loan holders. Many schools also use Student Self-Service to enable their students to directly access real-time information on their student loans, like outstanding balance and repayment and billing summary.
Check your school’s Web site or contact the registrar’s office to find out if your school participates in our free Student Self-Service. If it does, you can login from your school’s Web site or student portal to obtain an enrollment certificate and perform other enrollment verification activities via Student Self-Service at no charge.
If your school is not a Student Self-Service participant, you should contact your school’s financial aid department for assistance.
